Japones Flakes

Japones pods are a fiery and flavorful chili pepper originating from Japan. Although the Japones chile is distinctly small and slender in shape, the transmission of heat is its most notable feature with a 10,000 to 35,000 SHU. Usually available stemless with a dark reddish color.
